If for any reason you received a damaged or incorrect product you may return it within 7 days after arrival for a full refund. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 7 days of receipt at Team@okierunner.com for a replacement item or a gift card to be issued. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 7 business days of receipt. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors will not be replaced. If you have received an incorrect item in your order please contact us at Team@okierunner.com so we can get a replacement package out to you as soon as possible.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please email us at email@example.com so we can provide you with the proper instructions and the address. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive returned packages they are inspected and will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be given a full refund of the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus shipping charges. Confirmation will be emailed to the customer's email account that was created at checkout. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
